What to Expect After Completing Booking Form:
Your Picnic Request will show as a Pending appointment UNTIL the Booking Deposit is paid.
You will receive a Follow Up email to confirm your Picnic and answer questions related to your occasion. A Picnic Proposal and Agreement will be sent to you that outlines your specific details for your occasion, please sign that and complete your Booking Deposit to secure your Picnic with us.
If you do NOT pay your Booking Deposit, your Picnic is not scheduled!
Once the Booking Deposit is paid, your Picnic Request will show as Approved.
You have until the morning of your scheduled Picnic Occasion to pay IN FULL (4hours before Start Time).
Seas The Day makes every attempt to contact you to follow up on your initial Picnic Request. If you DO NOT respond, Seas The Day will NOT be responsible for delivering your Picnic at the time you initially requested.
