How soon can I book a Picnic?
The soonest you can book a picnic is 24 hours in advance. We encourage all of our guests to book a few days out, especially if you are planning a special occasion or would like to order food from our preferred vendor. As you fill out our form to book a picnic, you can see all of the available Picnic slots on the calendar. If you have any questions or need a Picnic sooner, please reach out to us and we will see if we can make that happen!
How does booking work?
After you have decided what picnic you would like, head over to our ‘Book Now’ page. The form will walk you through your Picnic request, selecting what package you would like, preferred time, location, guest count, etc. As soon as your request is received and confirmed, you will get a Picnic Proposal invoice to sign and complete.
All bookings require a 50% deposit, the option to pay in full is also available. Day Of Picnic, the final payment is due no later than 4 hours prior to your Picnic.
What are your hours?
Office hours:
Monday to Sunday: 11am-7pm
Hours for Picnic Reservations:
Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday: 3pm – Sunset
Thursday: CLOSED for Picnic reservations (I will be available for email communications)
Your Picnic must end no later than 15 minutes after sunset. You will receive a text message at sunset notifying you of your final 15 minutes before your Picnic concludes.
Please note that you will be charged if you are still occupying your Picnic 15 minutes past sunset.
Do you accept tips?
Yes, absolutely! While tipping is not required nor expected, it is very much appreciated. We strive to keep our prices on the lower end so we can accomodate to more people, but that doesn’t mean we skimp out on the time and energy that goes into making your Picnic special. If you loved your occasion and feel like tipping, we thank you!
What happens if it says its going to rain?
We are more than willing to reschedule your picnic to another day or even try for a different time on the same day. If there are any ’severe’ weather signs (heavy rain, lightning, thunder, hail, etc)- Seas The Day Picnics and Events, LLC reserves the right to postpone to another day. In some situations, an indoor location of your choosing may be an accepted alternative location.
I have to cancel, will I get my money back?
If you cancel more than 48 hours from your scheduled Picnic time, your full booking payment will be refunded. We would love it if you would reschedule your occasion with us! You can reschedule up to 3 months from original date.
For cancelations within 48 hours (meaning your scheduled Picnic occasion is less than 48 hours from taking place), you forfeit your deposit payment. Preparations, time and money all go into making sure you are the only group that we service that day.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: For cancelations that involve special planning such as a birthday, anniversary, proposal, etc (anything that includes additional decor outside of the original chosen package; items that needed to be purchased for your Picnic), you forfeit your booking deposit REGARDLESS of cancelation time.
I’m planning a surprise, how do we make this happen?
We will work very closely with you to make sure we have every detail perfect. Once its ’Picnic Day’ we will send you an email/text (whichever you choose) of the exact spot your Picnic is setup!
I want to plan a bigger event with more than just 4 guests, can I do that?
Since we are starting out, we first want to perfect smaller gatherings. With that being said, we will be more than glad to work with you if we feel it is something we can handle! If not, we will gladly give you recommendations on who we feel would be best suited for your occasion.

How will I know where exactly the picnic setup is?
On ‘Picnic Day’ (your scheduled Picnic occasion), we will notify you via email/text one hour before your scheduled time with the exact location of your setup!
